How do you package your vinyl records for shipping?
We use high-quality, stiff cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition. For extra protection, we include internal stiffeners and bubble wrap where necessary.
What is the grading system for your used records?
We follow the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System (M, NM, VG+, VG, G). Each record is visually inspected, and specific details regarding sleeve or media condition are listed in the product description.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically dispatched the same working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your record arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty goods once the item has been returned to us.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As long as your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we can cancel or amend it. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number for any changes.
